Conventional Residential Mortgage Loans
For conventional residential mortgage loans, including owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied properties, TGPL conducts loan origination and brokering activities only in states where the required mortgage lender, broker, and/or mortgage loan originator licenses are held.
All consumer-purpose mortgage activities are performed in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Business-Purpose & Investment Loans
TGPL also facilitates business-purpose and investment real estate loans.
Business-purpose loans are made solely for commercial or investment purposes and not for personal, family, or household use. Such loans may be secured by non-owner-occupied residential, multifamily, or commercial real estate.
In certain transactions, loan funds may be provided by non-institutional investors using their own funds, and TGPL may act as a broker or lender, subject to applicable licensing requirements.
No Loan Servicing Activities
TGPL does not provide loan servicing services. Payment collection, account administration, or other servicing functions, if applicable, are performed by third parties that are properly licensed or authorized.
